This policy explains how AIRPOST GLOBAL PTE. LTD. handles information for HeronClips.
Information we collect and why
- Google sign-in information: your name, email address and profile picture, to manage your account and free allowance.
- Videos you upload, transcripts and generated clips, to provide the service.
- Access logs and bot verification results, for security and to prevent abuse.
How long we keep information
Uploaded videos and generated clips are automatically deleted after 3 days. Account information is kept until the account is deleted.
Service providers and processing locations
- Cloudflare provides the website and file storage. Files are stored in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Anthropic processes transcripts to select segments, in the United States.
- A transcription provider processes information in the United States.
Under their contracts, these external service providers do not use customer data to train their own AI models.
Video processing takes place on servers operated directly by our company in the Republic of Korea.
How we improve segment selection
We use work records (selected segments and their scores, and the clips customers download) to improve the quality of segment selection.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your account and data by emailing airpost@airpostglobal.net.
